We had a really good stay on next business trip.

The rooms were well-kept with a patio or balcony and balcony and a sleeper sofa. The location was convenient, down the street in a strip mall, in the rural area.

Outdoor fire pit area offered a cozy spot to relax after a long day. The newly renovated Bistro provided decent food options, a convenient place for quick meals on-site.

The absence of a microwave in the King Room with Sofa Bed stood out as an unexpected inconvenience, especially when traveling for a longer stay. Wi-Fi connection was poor. It buffered frequently. The facility lacked a proper continental breakfast, only offering options at the Starbucks in the lobby, a letdown for anyone hoping for complimentary breakfast. Upon checkout, an unexpected charge for breakfast added to feelings of frustration due to unclear initial communications.

The room exceeded my expectations, especially with the luxurious shower. It was great being able to relax after seeing the northern lights with a clean and spacious atmosphere at courtyard.

Wifi speed was inconsistent .

Improve soundproofing between rooms for quieter stays.

This hotel was perfect for my two-night stay! I loved the clean, spacious room and the luxurious shower. Plus, the area safe area and was quiet at night.

Awesome place with excellent wi-fi, free parking, and a great restaurant. The staff even helped me recover my forgotten earpods on my first stay, which I appreciate. Highly recommend for a city break!

The location is great for exploring New Albany, with easy access to residential and growing business areas, as well as downtown Columbus. the room is nicely designed and comes with a balcony and chairs, which added to the enjoyment of the stay.
